DriveXP is a driver education and practice platform designed to help new drivers and guardians prepare for the licensing journey through educational content, practice tracking, route guidance, and progress tools.

DriveXP is currently in beta testing and features may evolve over time.

DriveXP is not a replacement for certified driver education programs, official DMV instruction, or professional driving training.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DriveXP.

Users under the age of majority in their state should use DriveXP with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

* the information you provide is accurate

* you are authorized to create the account

* you will use the platform responsibly and lawfully

3. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

* maintaining account confidentiality

* protecting passwords and login credentials

* ensuring information remains accurate

* all activity occurring under their account

DriveXP may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

4. Guardian Features

DriveXP may provide guardian monitoring and linked account functionality.

By connecting guardian and driver accounts, users acknowledge and consent to the sharing of:

* drive logs

* practice activity

* study progress

* achievements and milestones

Users are responsible for ensuring proper authorization when linking accounts.

DriveXP provides educational tools and practice materials intended to support learning.

We do not guarantee:

* passing any DMV or licensing exam

* driving performance outcomes

* legal compliance in every jurisdiction

* uninterrupted or error-free service

Driving laws vary by state and may change over time. Users remain responsible for understanding local laws and official licensing requirements.

6. GPS & Route Features

Certain features may use GPS and mapping services.

Route guidance, suggested practice areas, and location information are provided for educational convenience only.

DriveXP does not guarantee:

* route safety

* traffic conditions

* road conditions

* legality of suggested practice areas

Drivers and guardians are solely responsible for making safe driving decisions at all times.

Never interact with the app in a distracting or unsafe manner while operating a vehicle.

7. Safe Driving Responsibility

DriveXP promotes safe driving habits, but users remain fully responsible for:

* operating vehicles safely

* following traffic laws

* maintaining attention while driving

* complying with permit restrictions and licensing laws

Use of DriveXP does not replace adult supervision, driver training, or legal responsibilities.

8. Beta Program

DriveXP is currently offered as a beta product.

Users understand that:

* bugs or interruptions may occur

* data structures and functionality may evolve

* portions of the service may be incomplete

Feedback provided during beta testing may be used to improve the platform.

All DriveXP branding, logos, graphics, software, content, and materials are owned by DriveXP or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

* copy or redistribute platform materials

* reverse engineer the software

* KnowToDrive

* Mapbox

* Supabase

* Resend

* analytics or hosting providers

DriveXP is not responsible for third-party services, websites, or policies.

* user decisions while driving

* licensing outcomes

* indirect or consequential damages

* data loss or service interruptions
